Client Appointment Cancellation Policy

180 Massage Therapy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please do so within the 24 hour time frame. Clients who are a no show or cancel three hours before appointment will be charged in full. Charges for late cancellations or no shows can not be used as future credit or refunded. 

In order to insure the best quality care for each client, we ask that you show up to your appointment on time. Clients that are late will only be allotted the time that is left of their scheduled appointment time and will be charged for the full amount. 

 

Client Membership Credits, and Cancellation Policy

Client membership credits are good for the whole calendar year and can be used in the same year that it was debited from account. Credits can be rolled over to the next month and can be used at any time! 

 

  • Credits can not be transferred to another person
  • Credits can not be refunded but can be used by membership purchaser 
  • Client must call our office to pause, or cancel a membership before their scheduled payment date to ensure not being charged.
  • If client has a scheduled appointment but does not show or cancel appointment, client will lose 1 credit from membership.
